Home buyers who live outside Sarasota will particularly love working with Eric. It can be intimidating trying to shop from miles away. Video Tours— Per your request - and at no charge of course - Eric will personally digitally record a home while he is previewing it for you then email you the video within 24 hours of his preview. “My customers absolutely love this,” says Eric. “I don't put music to it or polish it up to make things seem more than they are. I simply get out of the car and push record. I can even film surrounding areas to give a feel for the location, if you like.” How is this different than a virtual tour? Virtual tours are made to glamorize and maximize the selling points of home. In many cases, the video is put to beautiful music and filmed at just the right time of day. These are produced only to help “sell” the home for the seller. They will likely avoid flaws and drawbacks that may be present. Once again, because Eric works only for you, he will try to deliver a straight-forward perspective of the experience of viewing the property. |
