“We were looking to buy a home to retire to, but that family could also use until we are ready to become Floridians...Eric did a great job in helping us find a home...and believe me, did he ever have to work! We were able to make two trips to FL, but with both trips, the home we left thinking we would purchase fell through...so Eric had to gather info all over again...it was wonderful to have someone so knowledgeable of the area (homes can look nice but if you don't know the neighborhood it's useless) and so willing to take pictures, video, or anything else. He has great connections, too, for inspectors, etc. so we could feel very confident in our purchase. WE ARE FROM RHODE ISLAND AND WERE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS AREA OF FLORIDA. ERIC SUGGESTED AN AREA THAT WE FELL IN LOVE WITH AND FIT US TO A T. WE SUBMITTED A COUPLE OF BIDS AND DID NOT GET THE PROPERTIES. ERIC WENT AHEAD AND CONTINUED TO HELP US AND WE FOUND THE PERFECT HOME. ERIC ALWAYS ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS ALWAYS ON TIME. WE SAW A LOT OF HOUSES TOGETHER. HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA BROUGHT US TO THE PERFECT SPOT AT THE BEACH TO BUY A SECOND HOME. ERIC ALWAYS FRIENDLY, DID A LOT OF LEG WORK FOR US AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS SOMETIMES BEFORE WE ASKED THEM. WE ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIM. AND WE WILL INVITE HIM OVER TO THE POOL. Eric has been a wonderful agent for us..He gets right back to you as fast as possible..he has great insight about homes that would interest you..he always makes time to show homes..he is on top of the market - he knows the area very well. We have been working with Eric over the last month or so on Sarasota property. We live in New York, and as you can imagine, it's just a little difficult to not be there when you are interested in a property! Eric went above and beyond for us, and still is. He made a video of the place we were interested in, helping us to feel like we were actually in the villa! He always called us back right away, and never made us feel like we were bothering him at all. That's very important, especially when we were out of state, and had lots of questions. As far as we're concerned, Eric has the patience of a saint, and is very generous with his time and information. We would recommend him in any property transaction, he's wonderful, no holds barred.
